Theme Description

Sena: a calm home for therapy, wellbeing and yoga

Sena is a WordPress theme for therapy practices, wellbeing houses, yoga studios, ADHD clinics and mental health services. Soft lilac and butter on warm paper, one quiet typeface, photographs with a bitten corner, and a safety line on every page. It is built with Elementor, the free version, and every word, colour and gap can be changed in the editor.

Day and night, on every page

Every page, section and widget in Sena has a light version and a dark one, designed together rather than inverted.

  • One tap to switch. Readers change between day and night from the header, and the site remembers their choice.
  • Follows the reader’s device. Until they choose, Sena matches their phone or computer, with no flash of the wrong colours as a page opens.
  • Start at night if you like. One setting opens the site in its dark version for everyone who has not chosen.
  • Your own night palette. Each colour has its night twin, and you can change them one by one.

Four homepages, four kinds of practice

Start from the homepage closest to yours. Each one has its own hero, its own story and its own sections, not the same page in a different colour.

  • The house: therapy, classes and groups under one roof.
  • Yoga studio: classes, courses, teachers and a week at a glance.
  • ADHD practice: assessment, the steps to it and the team who does it.
  • Mental health service: a gentle way in, the feelings people come with, and where help is.

46 designed pages, each with a style of its own

Sena is not one layout repeated. Every page was designed for what it has to say, and several come in more than one version so you can choose the one that suits you.

  • Therapy: an overview, plus individual (two versions), couples, teens and online therapy.
  • Classes and groups: a classes page, a groups page, and a designed page for each class and each group.
  • People: the team, and a profile page for each therapist.
  • The practice: about the house (two versions), pricing, the journal, a free intro call, for organisations, startups, work with us.
  • Care pages: urgent help, privacy, terms, confidentiality and a friendly page not found.

Any combination, one calm look

Every section of every page is also in Elementor’s template library, ready to drop into any page. Mix them freely: they share one design, so any combination still looks like Sena.

  • 165 ready-made templates: 129 sections, 33 heroes and 3 page templates, from timetables and pricing to stories, questions and closing calls.
  • Header styles to choose from: centred with a notice line, centred over a dark opening, wordmark on the left and two pills, plus a floating bar once the reader scrolls, a mega menu with pictures and a phone menu.
  • Footer styles for a full page or a quiet one, with a monthly letter, the front desk and the safety line.
  • 30 Global Colors and a full set of Global Fonts. Change a colour or a type role once in Site Settings and every page follows.
  • Button looks, a drawn icon set and the bitten print, all available on Elementor’s own widgets.
  • Library pages that show every section, hero, header and footer, so you can pick with your eyes, not from a list of names.

Every page is yours alone

No page in Sena is secretly tied to another. A card on one page holds its own words, photo and link, so changing it there changes nothing anywhere else. When you would rather have a list that updates itself, any card widget can follow your Team, Classes, Groups or journal instead: one setting, your choice.

Built for the way a practice works

  • Team, Classes and Groups as their own sections of WordPress, with the fields a practice needs: roles, languages, next free time, sessions, places left, fees and dates.
  • A designed page for every new entry. Add a therapist, a class or a group and it gets a finished page straight away, or build its page in Elementor.
  • 43 Sena widgets for Elementor: timetables, class tabs, a week planner, a team finder with filters, pricing tabs, fee boards, hand-drawn charts, a way-to-the-house map, journal layouts and more.
  • An intro call form that works on day one, with spam protection built in. Buttons across the site can pre-fill it (“Book with Lena”, “A free call about therapy”), and it can send through Contact Form 7 if you prefer.
  • A safety line on every page, pointing to urgent help, because some visitors arrive on a hard day.

Care in the details

  • Gentle motion: words that arrive softly, photographs that print themselves in, an opening mark on a visit’s first page and smooth scrolling. Readers who ask their device for less motion see none of it.
  • Made for keyboards and screen readers: every control is reachable by keyboard, menus close on Escape, and dialogs hold focus while they are open.
  • Light pages: each page loads only the section styles it uses, and photographs arrive at the size they are shown.
  • Private by default: Sena’s fonts are served from your own site, never from Google.
  • Ready for any language: translation templates (.pot) included, and set up for WPML and Polylang.
