1) Replace functions.php
2) Replace style.css(in main folder)
3) Replace header.php
4) Replace jquery.nivo.slider.pack.js in themes/rise/js/
5) Replace /themes/rise/inc folder
6) Replace /themes/rise/admin folder
7) Or replace all files and do not forget to make backups

1) Copy medialibrary-uploader.php from archive folder ”/admin” to wp-content/themes/rise/admin.
