Please note:
JW Player and the JW Player skin are not included in the main file, if you want to use JW Player you will find the instructions in the Documentation files (You just need to download JW Player and upload it to a folder and that’s all.)

The Themeforest support threads are a terrible way to provide support, there’s no way to keep an order to the support comments, the threads are not searchable and most of the questions are asked over and over again,
Our support forum will help us to replay to your comments faster also you could search the forum since the answer to your question might already be there.
